Symplesoft Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company” or “Symplesoft”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 18 April 2006 as a private limited company under the name of Key Elite Sdn. Bhd.. Subsequently, the Company changed its name and assumed its present name on 23 February 2009.

Symplesoft having its registered address and a place of business at Wisma CNI, No. 2, Jalan U1/17, Seksyen U1, Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

On 3 August 2006, Symplesoft became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNI Holdings Berhad (Company No. 181758-A) (hereinafter referred to as “CNI”), a public listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Symplesoft has an authorised share capital of RM500,000.00 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 500,000 shares are currently issued and credited as fully paid-up.

Symplesoft is principally involved in the business of e-commerce in all kinds of commercial trading through its portals; www.cnimall2u.com and www.yayasancni.org.
